Etilux proposes you different techniques for industrial marking to meet your requirements for signage, identification, etc
Amongst the different marking techniques, we can offer you:
So you can find solutions resitant to different attacks (such as climate, temperatures, chemicals,…) for indoor or outdoor use.

Mechanical engraving is a very widespread technique for marking small quantities. It consists in digging into the material (steel, copper,…) with a mill to provide intaglio or relief engraving of your logos, texts, pictograms,…
Chemical etching occurs by immersion in acid or alkaline baths to enable a permanent intaglio or relief marking with a depth going from 0.05 to 0.2 mm.
Laser marking is an industrial engraving technique designed to engrave different materials and objects with a laser beam.
Anodising is a marking technique based on the electrolysis principle (10 to 15 µ). Once the areas, that have to stay in relief, have been protected thanks to silkcreen printing, the material is chemically attacked by the electrolysis principle.
Embossing is a marking technique designed to give relief to texts & logos using a cold deformation technique.
Cutting enables to cut materials of big or small thicknesses without deformation or burr.
Advantages:
Silkscreen is a printing technique which can be compared to stencil method.
It consists in creating a negative of the pattern to be printed on a screen mesh and in reproducing this pattern on a flat surface. Then, a protective coating is applied on the pattern. This technique is not suitable for very precise printing
Digital printing is a technique which provides photo quality printing on a wide variety of surfaces.
