How do we determine the delivery time?

1. The production delay or our provider’s delay. It is estimated on the basis of our production history or on the experience we had with our supplier for previous orders. Then we calculate an average delivery time on one year.

   Example :

   We received a product from a supplier

   • the first time within 4 days
   • then in a 5-day delay
   • afterwards within 10 days because of a stock shortage by the supplier
   • and finally in a 4-day delay

   Calculation: (4 +5+10+4)/4 = 6 days

   The average delivery time for 3M - Rite - Lok RT41 is : day

2. Transport time. This delay varies according to the country you have selected for the delivery of the goods. It is also based on an average of the different deliveries Etilux usually makes in your country.

What do the stock availability icons mean?

• The product is in stock. For all orders placed before 14.00, the goods leave our warehouse the same day.

• The product has to been restocked by our supplier or it is in production. It will be available soon!

• If the delivery date is not indicated, it is the first time that we restock this product.

• The product is not in stock. Do not worry ! We regularly order this item by our supplier. The delivery time indicates you approximately when the article will be delivered to you.

• You are the first to order this product ! Currently we cannot give you a delay. To reassure you, our team will inform you quickly about the delivery times.
